Ordering:
Online orders will be acknowledged by an automated email from TeamWorld so please check your junk/spam folder for this.
 
Usual turnaround for personalised items is 1 week, so for the start of the new term please place orders by Friday 21st August at the latest. 
 
Delivery & Collection:
Standard P&P of £3.95 is added to orders where 'delivery' is selected. You can also opt to pick up your order from production at Unit 10, Fields End Farm (HP1 2SD) by selecting 'store pick up' at checkout. 
 
Fulfilment:
When orders are complete and ready for pick up or despatched for delivery you will recieve an automated email from TeamWorld, please check your junk/spam folder for this.
